sir , i am looking a loyer to appeal in Allahabad to appeal in high court by my wife ( she did false case of 376 on me , as per law wife can to not case of 376 on husband , )
wife has pu the false case on you of rape or unnatural sex the court will see the investigation and a chargesheet will be filed you want to appeal in high court ask your lawyer to file a petition against section 376 ipc
