As the FIR has already been lodged and chargesheet is filed, the same proceedings can be quashed by high court as per the settlement. In which police station FIR has been lodged? Same FIR will be quashed by High Court of that jurisdiction.

You had filed a report under section 498 in the police station against your in-laws, but now you have made an agreement with your in-laws and now you want to withdraw that case, but in the same period, the charge sheet will be sent to the court from the police station. So once the charge sheet is filed in the court, then you will have a settlement with your in-laws from the court itself, otherwise not.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that the settlement which is done has to be filed in the court if it's out of court settlement and if it's through meditation through court order then the report will be sent through the mediator and you can give the statement of court asks for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

if you want to withdrawl your case then you have 2 option the first one is quashed the chargesheet by the agreement in the high court and the second is give the testimoney in favour of your husband and faced the trail in court
