Hello, nI was in relationship with a girl last six years, recently she did police complain against me. When i came to know she was sexually engaged 3-4 guys including cousin i abused her. She also abused me a lot. I know two guys she did cheated them too. She and her's friend work as a professional gang. nnPlease suggest way to counter her complain. Whether she can file rape case against me? please suggest.

Q: What if a lady files false promise to marry case

In October 2019 the guy (32 age )and girl (34 age ) came on connect via instagram and started talking to one another and both decided to meet in gawhati. The girl booked hotel room and met this guy and both stayed there for 7 days. later the girl again met after 2 months in another hotel and other places in orissa different cities. In FIR she mentioned that promise of marry happenend on last day of their stay in orissa but they were in same room for 8 days before the alleged promise to marry. They discussed marriage after one month of this time. Then again the girl came to guys house again and stayed for 5 days and now in FIR she writes she was raped on 3rd day and also says that till this date she didnt have any physical relationship with him. Then again she came one month later and says that again he took her to his home. nnFact : Girl is from Chandigarh and the guy is from Kanpur. Guy never went to girls place. She was only coming. before filing the case the girl is on matrimony

Since you have given in the facts that it was a consensual act, it will not amount to rape. The facts stating that she is giving different statements contradictory to each other will go against her own case and will favor boy in getting bail and in trial as well.
