I know that my husband is cheating on me . We are not living together since 2017 but he keeps visiting. I don't have enough evidence to prove this and I want to go for divorce.What should I do

where you live and in which religion you belongs. if hindu then you can go for divorce on the ground of desertion and mental cruelty in the family court. but if you both are agree for divorce then go for mutually consent.
