I have live voice recording of my husband beating me

I have recoding of 45mins in which my husband beat me. How can I present in court in USB or compact disk?

Not only you preserve the recording in the original device in which you recorded it, you make copies of it to be given to Court and to all parties to case. Next you get the whole talk typed and Submit to court with a section 65 B Cop Evidence Act ) certificate ..

Hi, if you have ongoing divorce case or any other case before jurisdictional court you can produce the same so that you have been harassed it can be done through the video recording then it can be done through secondary evidence i through the CD and type copy of all conversation along with the 60 5D of evidence act application

1. you can produce it before the court by filling an application and proper method to record it as evidence to the court 2. you can also produce it before the police station by taking the acknowledgement from the police 3. in each and every different case the recording evidence is submitted in different ways according to the convenience of the court
