u have to file child custody at the same time u have to prove in court how u will take care of child along with job. court will look for the child welfare although as the child is 2yrs old most likely custody will remain with you. for more details you can contact us. Thank you.

hello I would like to suggest you that in this particular kind of case it's always tough to go through the proceedings because of attachments between the parties . but if you are ready to fight against your husband then you have to frame a very fertile ground for custody of your son and a proper maintenance from your husband for you and your son ! for a very proper relief you have to have a very good start means properly framed FIR and a proper trial..! as per the legal questions are maintainable you can get custody of your child but for that we need from ground property law. In that case I believe that once you should make call to me so that we can understand the proper scenario action which can be fit for all the circumstances .

hello what is your husband's occupation ? what is the main reason dispute between both of you ? if you want ur son live with you, then if ur husband file a suit of child Custody don't be afraid and submit affidavit an oath that you are better care taker then his father.

When it comes to the custody of child then the view of the court is more lenient towards the mother and mostly mother get the child custody. moreover firstly you have to contest a divorce case then file for child custody
