I got married on 29/01/2019. Within 1 week of my marriage I found out that the girl that I got married to, she has lied to me about her DOB and her education. She doesn't know even a single word of English despite being a post graduate in commerce. I feel as if I am being cheated and this is why I don't want to spend my life with this girl. It was an arranged marriage... I spent 1 month with this girl post our marriage and within that 1 month she asked me do these things "She asked me for cyanide twice, she told me to leave my home for 6 months and wanted her brother and his wife to live at our home, she doesn't behave properly with my sisters and mom". Things like these upset me the most. We went to there house and asked for mutual divorce. They initially agreed, but now suddenly they have file a case in women cell for false dowry and domestic violence. I went for a first counselling and I literally cried in front of I/O.. please help me if u can. _/_

as I have read ur whole problem it seems tht u have been cheated in a very planned manner .I was amazed after the things the girl is demanding from u.as of now condition is very serious for you as the matter is already in the CAW cell so in this condition you have to take immediate steps to save urself as well as to your family's because as I am aware of the traditional approach of these type of cases is directly get arrested the husband and the whole in-laws family to implicate falsy.uou need to take urgent legal steps to save you and your family.

This is really very unfortunate with your married life , now they have filed case against you at Women cell where you may be called for once and twice, you wait and watch for the further actions from their side , if the case is registered Or FIR, then you will have to appear before court 8f 498A section is not imposed against you or 8f 8mposed then you will have to take AB from court.
