I am NepaliCitizen and wife indian but we living in delhi:Need divorce

I am Nepali citizen and married indian girl from Jharkhand, We live together in delhi. We don’t have marriage certificate and she don’t have nepali citizen till now. I have done my master from delhi and presently working in private firm in delhi and she have also done master and searching for job (presently house wife). Its about 3 years of marriage but no children
Due to lots of reason I want divorce and she is not ready for divorce and always fight threaten me.
1. Shall I file divorce from nepal and continue my job in delhi.
2. If i file divorce from delhi, is case transfer to wife native place jharkhand.
3. Can she file case in jharkhand.

In this case you can file case either from nepal or from delhi as your native place is nepal and your job is in delhi. If you file case from delhi case cannot be transfer to jharkhand with out any solid reason. Yes she can file case from jhanrkhand.
