Ma'am, in such case you may file petition for divorce and may move an application under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act seeking monetary relief and fir maintenance you may file an application under section 125 of Cr. P. C.

Dear client! As far as your husband is unable to maintain you&his children, you may file an application before family court for maintinance.
If you do not wish to Live with him you may also opt for judicial seperation.

If ur husband is not giving you money for ur and children living it's mental harassment, and diffrent type of cruality , so first you file case in protection of women and domestic violence with prayer of compansassion then take next step.
