Ma'am, in such case you may file petition for divorce and may move an application under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act seeking monetary relief and fir maintenance you may file an application under section 125 of Cr. P. C.

Dear client! As far as your husband is unable to maintain you&his children,you may file an application before family court for maintinance.
If you do not wish to Live with him you may also opt for judicial seperation.

My husband do not give money for me and my children. I was not happy in my in laws house I m living in lucknow since last 2 years but now my husband is shifting my in laws here.
