If someone is continuously threatening my life and teasing me by abusing me, what should I do to protect myself?

Hi you should immediately call on 100 number and lodge your complaint and also wrote a application regarding your grievance and send it to your I.G police , SSP, SP city, and sHO concerned and if they don't turned you may move an application under section 156(3) of Cr.p.c before the chief judicial magistrate concerned

Q: What happens if summons sent to wrong address ?

Hello sir/madam , I just want to know if the summon issued by the court to any person in Criminal Case have wrong address n not delivered to him on time ,what happens if a court summons is sent to the wrong address, will court issue new summon with correct address or arrest warrant ? Also how many times a summon can be issued and when Arrest warrent turn comes out . Is it headache of the police of a particular state to delivered the summon on time to the correct person despite having the wrong address or they can return it to the court as 'non delivered' . Thanks

Hi, when court issued summons on a wrong address as per your query and you wasn't receive. Then court will send you the same thrice a time and still a person failed to receive due to wrong address then court will ask the person who filed a case against you to serve personally and again when he failed to do so then court may issue a bailable warrant against you and after that he may issue a non bailable arrest warrant and direct the police concerned to arrest you and make your presence on the date fixed next for hearing the case and asked you explanation regarding your non appearance in the court inspite of several summons..

Against stay order in allahabad highcourt can I file a caviet as notification under 498a, which notify me about activities from my in-laws for stat under against my FIR under sec 498a {hindu marriage act}

you cannot file caveat application now, you have to check now whether the charge sheet has been filled or not in fir lodged by you against your in laws , if they charge sheeted by police then the stay order itself vacate and they had a remedy to challenge the charge sheet before high court in that event you have to engage your advocate to contest and oppose the case filed by your in laws against charge sheet.

Q: How much will it take to dissolve the marriage

I am living separately more than two years and both are ready for divorce pleas tell me the procedure and how much time will take for dissolution of marriage.

Hi, as per your query I would like to suggest you that in such case you are living separately since last two years with you mutual consent and both you are ready to get divorce mutually then you both can file a divorce petition together before the ld court and seek divorce on the ground of mutual understanding and the same may be decided as earliest as possible as per your counsel speed
