Family is keeping land in debt unnecessarily and creating problem for whole family. Now we are unable to divide the land to ownership of everyone because in family member those who have given the land in debt are not coming in front to divide the land properly in everyone. I need solution that how we get rid from this matter.

No matter who’s coming in front for division of ur share in land You have to right to file partition case in competent court ie revenue or civil court (if abadi land )And disclose ur share as per ur right

Q: Two deed on the same Khasra number

Can one Khaasra number be present at two places how is this possible The degree is also passed on the basis of a wrong place sale deed in a one sided manner

Your question is not so clear but in my understanding Only one khasra number can be issued in a same village in same time And if sale deeds are not according to law or excused without rights then it will be challenged in civil courts

Simply file an objection in court of Naib tahasildar with affidavit against third party officer person and write the issue that without any rights and law how third party creating issue in Mutation procedure This is only way to decide you matter

In all my educational documents like 10th (2016 ) and 12th and graduation etc my father's name is mohd Khalid Ansari but in my adhar or pan or voter id it's just Khalid Ansari ? Will this create an issue in further admissions / studies in universities? Or will a simple affidavit solve this issue ?

You have to correct adhar details as per your education certificate It will be create future problems without any correction in legal documents So its advised to take action in adhar card not in educational certificate If correct name of your father is in educational certificate

Q: Regarding maintenance in DV 12 case

Sir/Madam, My wife filed a case under DV12 in 2024 &this Aug i have to submit rajnish vs neha affidavit in court. Divorce done on 21.5.25 & she did not claim alimony. Under DV12 she is claiming maintenance. My wife Ran away with her parents,she has no proof of my income/property1. I have no House, no vehicle in my Name. I have a 250 square feet land costing approx. 3 Lakhs in my name. 2. I have 2 Bank accounts(one with less & other with more amount) , Can i hide both from court if no problem.

No need to hide anything before courtCos your economical position is not good enough And when you have also burden of ur mother and father She has already taken divorce from court and because you have not enough sources of income so you are not liable to pay for the same
