hello sir/mam,i has been married since 6 years,due to some financial issues i stay at my parents house after my delivery since aug2023,i don't want to go to inlaw place as there is no mental peace.my husband now with my mother in law mental torture me.abuse me Nd my parents nd always threatened me i will snatch baby at age of ,2.he says it very confidentiality.i want to know can he do so,on what basis he can do it we both are post graduate and dentist.

Q: Toxic parents are giving me threats to not let me study and marry me.

hello I want to ask what should I do if my parents are forcing me for higher studies and torture me mentally and physically to the extent where I feel like taking my life. Moving out is a solution or not and yes I am 18 years old.

you are 18 year old means you are major but it's not mean you are much mature like your guardian and guardian are guardian they wants to settle there kids in his life once accept there decision as they wants then you see what is result and you have voting right in the age of 18 and you are not capable to take right decisions accordingly



Q: Marriage cancellation in notice period

My daughter appear to court for marriage.and court sent notice to daughter father residence for any objection. Father and daughter together give objection to court not to marry now .my daughter agreed to marry after graduation. Can it be cancel.pls suggest

notice periods is 30 days from notice and within time you or ur daughter have right to file objection or no objectionbut ur daughter is major so she has right to enter in marriage or denial the marriage so ur objection isn't so remarkable in the eyes of law

After my mother's demise, there are 3 family members, I (son), my sister (was dependent on my mother) and my father (who is a pensioner). Who can be the legal owner of my mother's property (after her demise and no will prepared)? What is the process of getting the property transferred to me and my sister and not the father?
