Husband is declaring bankruptcy

after 20 years of marriage and a 16 year old child ,husband has abondoned and declared bankrptcy. He has stopped provideing . i am a housewife and my kid is still studying. He was into family business and now when he had deserted us in laws are also putting hands up my question is where can i go now as he has stopped paying rent? my kids education and overall life is affected especially when the we are living a low life. what ar the otions for me at 47 years it is difficult to find work now, espl with no experince

You should move with criminal application under the provisions of Domestic Violence Act and you can claim number of protection orders from court including residential protection and interim maintenance for desertion also permanent alimony for yourself and for child.

madam husband had been deserted to you with your kid . looking after you and your kid it's over all responsibility how's your husband but he has not this responsibility with his carelessness neglected to you and your kid . such a kind of in humanity should be punished . you can take action against your husband Har justice . hence please contact with me immediately her father action . we will decide what type of action can be taken against your husband .

You can file application under Domestic Violence Act.
In that application you can claim maintainence,House rent, compensation for you and your child.
You can also get interim maintenance till disposal of main DV application.

in this case you have to apply to the court for production of documents

you can demand all documents regarding his income, investments, deposits, insurance etc

for this application you have to initiate proceedings under marriage Act of domestic violence act

did u file any case before court? like maintenance, DV, restitution of conjugal right case. if u have filed any case before court then u can file an application for production documents. and u can call his income record like salary slip IT returns, banknpass book, LIc related documents, or his property related documents. for more details can u call me

it's clear that your in laws are helping him firstly you make an RTI application too talaty or your local government office asking that details of your husbands properties and businesses and also if any partnership forms in the name of your husband and also divide ration deeds afterword kada property extracts which shows that your in laws are the owner of property and then send them legal notice for partition automatically your in-laws will provide you all necessary documents which shows that what properties in the name of your husband for more detail and correct suggestion I required some documents
