hello my hus sent divorce notice -hindu.my hus sent lesson.my parents home after a month of marriage as he couldnt take care of me due to pregenancy. my parents took care of me n he didnt pay any money. after child born he stopped visiting me n no contacts n he failed to take us back home or give any money to meet our basic needs. after two years in laws came n told to take all things back n we refused. later they sent divorce notice. nthey are planning for second marriage since his lawyer said can close the case in 2 years. nplease help me how to fight back.? nshould teach him there responsibility and a lesson. how to drag the case or dismiss .

Hello... On what grounds has he filed the divorce petition?? Send me the notice and documents if you have... Till then you have many relief regarding to it like if you dont want divorce then you can let it adjourn, or file a writ petition in high court for it with grounds... You can claim maintenance for your child and also child's right in father's property... Are you financially independent?? as you told by you that you are separated from your husband for two years and your husband did not take any care or any expenses even when you were a child all the care is also taken by your parents and they are at there home in such a situation you will have to give accountability in the divorce case and you will write all these statement in your written statement (ws) in such a way that cruelty and explot ation and dowry have been demanded with you

Hello... Please tell if you want divorce? If yes, then further you can claim maintenance for you and maintenance and property rights for your child born... And if you dont want divorce then you can oppose for it and just you can drag it for long just to disturb him and his family and without divorce he cannot marry again...his second marriage will be void... you have many options 1. Appear in court which summons or notice has received by you 2.you have the options to file complaint in the court like maintenance, dowry ,child maintenance etc. for more details i will contact you
