If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you then rather dragging your relationship it’s better to file for divorce against him on cruelty grounds. mam as you have mentioned in query about three childrens and your marriage is 20 yrs old in this matter if you have good eveidences then you are able to get more then 50 percent of his income as your maintenance as well as childrens seoeeate share from his property as well along with this you will also be liable to get compensation as well tht will depend om the court orders
