Divorce process couple not living together more then 10 years

If couple are living speperatly more then 10 yrs now one of them wants to take divorce, other not respond how to approach.

hello client you have to send a notice to the other person who is not responding and who is staying separate leave after that if he does not respond you have to file a case in the court stating that you are not happy with the marriage and it's more than 10 year that you have been given separately and now you want to get divorce

10 years is too long a period of separation.
either the parties can opt for mutual consent divorce or file a suit for contested divorce on grounds of desertion (10 years of separate living) is desertion.
please contact a lawyer of your choice who will file the divorce case in family court having jurisdiction.
