In the chargesheet filed by the IO, the jewellery bills which the woman had been claiming were bought by her father for marriage since CAW cell hearings. The jeweller has stamped and signed that the produced bills were just estimates and no such jewellery was bought by her father.My Qs is: Can I file any case against her/her father in any IPC section for trying to harass me or producing such fake bills?What kind of proceeding would the court do in such case?

Q: Can I file maintenance case on my husband now. I filed sec9 at first.

My husband left me a year ago. First I filed section 9 on him. In petition document I mentioned he was inactive in matrimonial life and dowry harassment. He filed section 13 1ia on me. In mediation center my husband claim I am cheater and liar. counsellor said mediation got failed on Sec9 case. Current Status: AWAIT REPORTS. Next hearing is on November. When can I file MC case? now or after judgement time?

My female neighbour has submitted a false complaint that my family members, physically assaulted her, and threatened to kill her and her kids had recorded this whole event. Even the police is not listening to her. Her complaint wasn't accepted because of no evidence as this never happened.
