How to get Divorced from husband within 1 year of marriage

I was married 3months ago.I got to know that my husband lied about his age before marriage.my mother in law always plays mind game to torture me & hurts me whenever she gets chance with her abusive words..my husband doesn't care me.one more important thing:I think my husband is not fit for marriage life.our marriage life is not getting consummated. He refuses frequently.Can I get divorce based on all these factors.
this marriage seems to very unfortunate for you and words along are not sufficient to explain the trauma and stress you have been going through post marriage. This being a very sensitive issue has to be handled very carefully. At the outset your case qualifies to be a good case for nullification of the marriage on two counts. One that he has lied about the age and second is that he is unable to perform the sole marital obligation. So in your case I would recommend to go for nullification of the marriage which is better option then divorce.

You can get divorce on the fact that your marriage is not consummated and your husband is impotent. If this fact is true and you can prove through medical certificate there is every possibility of getting divorce. other things are common family problems if you can compromise and there is a chance of solving things through having a talk and trying to resolve issues between you and your mother in law and husband because it would take time for you and the family to get knit as it is only three months time you must be feeling so, give some time to your relationship and see if it works out and everything is fine. If still not satisfied then go for divorce.

It is very early stage to come to conclusion. However, there is a provision for get rid off it by way of voidable marriage as per Hindu Marriage act, 1955 . Sec 12 . If you sure about impotent then you can approach District Family Court. Do not take individual decision. Take advise of your parents and elders. First find out why they are not giving importance for First Night.
