Q: Breaking contract and want to know if I need to pay the penalty amount

I'm working in a company and signed a bond of 1.5 yrs. Now I'm facing some serious health issues, don't want to continue the job. Do I need to pay the penalty for breaking the contract.

Yes! but your company can release you from contractual obligation depending on your Health condition, if you can conveyed them properly about your issue.The most important is the contents of the bond you have signed and then only one can give you proper advise.

Q: New High Court At Andhra Pradesh

Dear Highly Qualified Advisors,Now after the separation of Andhra pradesh high court what will happen to the cases. For example If I held a stay order in year 2017 and now when the new high court is operational will that stay still be in use or I have to go from the scratch again ? Please advise..

if you had a stay order in 2017 it's already been expired go for new stay order in High Court of Andhra Pradesh. If stay order is in time means it hasn't expired then you need not go for new stay order but after expiry of the term you need to file for new stay order High Court of Andhra Pradesh.

Q: Will there be future consequences to be with my ex husband

Hi we got married on 2004, and post my baby delivered due to in-laws issue they file a divorce case against me but my family not had right guidance and I didn't attend the d court for hearing, so the case was closed in favor of my husband, and we got divorced in 2006. After divorce he got married another girl and gave a birth to baby girl. Then they want to see my daughter and wish to join with me and we agreed. From 2009 he joined with us n now I delivered my second baby. He stay with his second wife and children and also look after me and my children. Is there any issues will my children face In future kindly suggest plz I belong hindu religion.

You have to get married again with your husband as per Hindu custom and also better if you go for court marriage or register your marriage. As per Indian law you are a divorcee and having live in relation ship with your husband. The second wife is legally wedded wife of your husband. Though second marriage is illegal for your husband and if you get married also now it will be termed illegal.

Q: How to get a divorce certificate

Hi my father have two wife's, first wife and my father died, now my mother need to get pension, they are asking divorce certificate, they are not taken and now died, please tell me how to get certificate is it possible or not please tell me

Whose Divorce certificate? If Ur father married Ur mother after the death of her first wife then why would there be a divorce and if there are asking Ur mother divorce certificate then why would she get pension if she is not her wife.

Q: Is GPA through notary valid to buy a plot

WE ARE BUYING OPEN PLOTS (PROPERTY) BECAUSE SELLER IS IN NEED OF MONEY CAN WE DO - AGREEMENT OF SALE CUM GPA THRU NOTARY IS IT VALID, OTHERWISE AGREEMENT OF SALE CUM GPA REGISTRATION IS COMPULSORY OR HAS TO GO SALE DEED REGISTRATION DIRECTLY, AS PROPERTY IS IN LITIGATION, TT WILL BE RESOLVED LATER BY ORIGINAL VENDOR REPLACING WITH OTHER PLOTS. THIS IS QUERY ONLY TO AVOID UNNECESSARY STAMP DUTY COSTS, TIME BEING N UNTIL THE RESOLVE AND DO SALE DEED REGISTRATION LATER.

Agreement of sale cum GPA through notary is not valid as it is open to risk as the vendor can sell the plot on notary too many person. As you said it is already in litigation you are adding another to your name. Please go for agreement of sale cum GPA and register it. Stamp duty is not unnecessary it will provide you security.
