Q: filing divorce after passing RCR decree any time limit

i filed rcr case and judgemnt passed on 10 aug stating that wife should join family within 90 days .still she didnt joined i tried to communicated her still she not want to join family. i have daughter age of 13 yrs. she dont want child also so finally i decided to file divorce. is there any time limit to file divorce after passing rcr judgement. can i send one copy of rcr decree to my wife pls help me out

Hello sir perused your query, to file divorce petition from the date of RCR order one year, not necessary to send an RCR copy to your wife, first of all you have issued a divorce notice to your wife and in that notice you mentioned clear details of RCR

Q: Name is different in 10th class certificate and Aadhar Card

My father's name is different in his 10th class certificate and Aadhar Card. In 10th class certificate it is Venkata Varaprasada Rao where as in Aadhar card, PAN and all other places it is Venkata Varaprasad. Will this be a problem when he is applying for passport? Can you please suggest a solution for this?

hello sir give a declaration in the gazette and after obtaining a gazette change in ADHAAR and PAN card better to go central gazette notification, central gazette process are very low cost, it will take more than one month, and give a declaration in the newspaper also

How to obtain family member certificate if my father has property in Vijayawada and has no property in Hyderabad and our family aadhar cards were in Hyderabad in this case how to obtain ?

Hi sir your father property is self or ancestral and main imp aspect is still you father alive or not if your father demised you file a case declared as legal heirs of your father where theproperty is situated

Q: Query regarding cheque bounce insufficient funds

sir/mam i given the amount in emergeny by credit card to my neigh bour shop last year septemeber till now he didnt pay and he given the cheque this month date sep 20th and he told me dont deposit the cheque before date i will pay the amount but didnt given the amount i deposit the cheque in bank ,, cheque returned saying tha insufficent funds what can i do and fellow saying the with in four days he pay but what can i do please suggest

hi, perusing your query regarding return of cheque reason insufficient of funds my sincere advice you plz approach advocate in your area and issue the notice under section 138 of N.I act within one month, and after issue the notice after 45 days you filed a complaint before proper court of jurisdiction.

Q: What to do if wife mentally torturing my family

Dear Sir/Madam, My wife was a fraud person she was already divorce and married me .she has very bad mentality and crueality towards husband nd his family .she and her family are money minded and cheaters and rowdy fellows recently .my wife called up her brother and some friends beated me badly nd took my mobile and money ..and i have complained to the police .i had not done any mistake but she putting fake eligations tat i beated her but i never did tat...police also belived tat i not did anything bad to her but noone taken any action on her and brother but directed us to women cell...after this incident i left house where we both use to stay and living with my parents ..now yesterday she taken all gold my clothes and all household items which all are my earning by booking vans .i tried to stop her but her family brothers all pushed me out ..i was hopeless and became alone...to fight with those people...police are not taking any action againist them ..how can i get justice...pls help

hi brother all the facts narrated by you in your query i am very sad and give one suggetion that you approach a family councellor and file a case against your wife under section 13(1)(ia) of H.M Act and applied for divorce in the ground of cruelty.
