How to file a divorce o grounds of fraud

My sister got married by fraud method.her husband physically and mentally disabled,Jan 2017, I want justice, divorce and maintenance.how should do fIR or case

In this circumstances on the ground of mental disability of husband you may file a divorce petition before the principal of family court where ur jurisdiction .one year must be completed for divorce..

In this above mentioned matter it is clear that you can file a case u/s 498(A) IPC including various section before the court and institute FIR against them in local police station or File a Divorce petition and demand maintenance u/s 125 of CrPC before the family court.

She can file her divorce petition in her district family court on the ground of her husband disability and fraud also which has been committed upon her. The court will consider all aspects as well the point of maintenance also

Your sister may file a petition for grant of decree of divorce on the alleged ground of fraud as well as on ground of cruelty before principal judge ,family court of your district.she may also claim interim maintenance in the divorce proceeding itself or may file independently partition for maintenance under section 125 of code of criminal procedure.

There is a specific PROVISION under marriage laws which can be useful and can be a firm ground to your divorce application. you can proceed with it as per your convenience as the law will help you with this cheating. you can file an fir in your nearest police station or where the marriage was solemnized and you can file an application in the family court for the divorce.
