How to file a case against the lawyer who is not filing the complain

I want to know that is there any law to file complain against lawyer who is fighting my divorce case. because that lawyer is only taking money and from last 4years neither he has filled complain nor there is any improvement in my case. so please help me out
U have a alternative to take N. O.C from him related to ur case. U have right to claim it as if u are not satisfied with lawyers u can ask him to give N. O. C. U can change your lawyer during case. Filing case against him is not appropriate

Yes you are absolutely file complaint against lawyer first of all district Bar council there after you can file complaint state bar council and thereafter Bar Council of India but best option is change a lawyer

Before giving answer of this question , give yourself answer that how and why you paid till 4 years to a person who was doing nothing.
It will be very dificult for you to file a case against a lawyer by taking help of another lawyer in practical. Other than that it will also be difficult for you to prove all your allegations.
So my advice is to file a complain in the Bar Association or Bar council for professional misconduct. There you will get some relief.
This answer is not a perfect legal answer as this is a practical answer of your problem.

First complain in bar association than chang lawyers with anoci and other than self attained court or aapna bat court may khud hi present kare. Other coy option nahi ha. Aapne lawyers se bat kare or problems chourt out kare
