What process CJM has to adopt after the case chargesheeted in which warrant and sec 82 was issued before, and no coercive was granted by way of CrMP 482 which got dismissed. Can CJM issue Sec 83 or he will issue summon ?

Forget the would be actions taken by the CJM. He may proceed with 83 or may sit idle, but definitely not issue summon. After going through the limited information provided by you, You have only two options left. Go to the Upper Court if exhausted all the options in lower court and second surrender before the court. You might get bail after spending some days or nights.

First decide, what you want to do with her. Want to live or leave. The answer will depend upon your choice. You have filed an FIR against her means she is not living with you or your family. If she is not living with you or in your house, let her do whatever she wants. If you are not clear about your goal, then decide first, what you want and then take action accordingly.

Straight forward answer will be to file an FIR in the police station or go for a complaint case in the court. But before doing anything, must consider the consequences. If your sister is interested in continuing the relationship then filing a case will automatically leads towards end of relationship. So ask your sister. If she is interested, go to the DLSA (District Legal Services Authority) for help. Through pre mediation they will try to solve the issue and if they failed, you have other options to deal with them.
