First of all you should apply the anticipatory bail before Sessions court of the concerned District and if Sessions Court gives you bail then it is well n good and if it refused to give the bail then you can move before High Court for anticipatory bail.

You were married to your wife 7 years ago and your wife has been living separately from you for 3 years and now she has filed a case against you under Section 498 IPC and other sections in which you want to get anticipatory bailWhile disposing of the anticipatory bail application, the court has seen the seriousness of the case. If the normal sections of your case do not match with the incident and the facts written in it are not believable or are fabricated, then you will definitely get relief.

actually in your case you need not to take any anticipatory Bell because there is no apprehension of any arrest as this is bail available in offence under IPC so you should try for a regular bail and contest the case
