Under 156(3) civil judge(ftc/acjm) order for lodging fir on 16.03.2024 but still the fir not lodge and case related to false promise to marriage. Thus we send the court order to concern police officer or not . So how we execute this court order for lodging FIR

अपना परिचय दे ! किस थाने का मामला है, किस न्यायालय में दाखिल किया गया है? जिस भी न्यायालय में दाखिल किया गया है इस तारीख पर एफआईआर दर्ज करने के आदेश को कोर्ट के सामने पेश कराए और बताए की अभी तक एफआईआर दर्ज नहीं हुई । न्यायालय द्वारा इसमें प्रगति आख्या मंगाने पर स्पष्ट हो जायेगा क्या हुआ क्या nhi

Q: Issue of Divorce decree in mutual consent divorce case

One of my known filed mutual consent divorce in Lucknow family court in the year either in 2021 or in 2022. Through a lawyer. She appeared infront of judge two times. Lateron due to financial problems, lawyer didn't take much interest and she also did not bother. according to her divorce was granted by court and a decree was to be issued. She neither knows the case no nor court number. In such situation how to get the details of the status of case. That is pending or disposed off etc pl. guide

देखिए सबसे मुख्य बात यह होती हैं कोई भी अधिवक्ता अपने क्लाइंट का नुकसान नहीं चाहता है, ऐसी बात नहीं की अपने क्लाइंट के प्रति उसकी रुचि नहीं होगी । बहुत बार ऐसा होता है काम ज्यादा होने के कारण ध्यान नहीं रहता है ऐसे क्लाइंट का भी दायित्व है कि वह अपनी तारीख पर आए और पुकार होने पर अधिवक्ता को बुलाए । बिना फीस दिए बाहर से डेट लेकर चले जाने पर ही उसके प्रति रुचि कम होती हैं। अगर बात करे डिटेल्स लेने की तो जब मुकदमा दायर हुआ होगा उसकी कॉपी मिली होगी या जिस दिन का आदेश होगा वो date याद रहेगा तो उससे भी निकल जायेगा ।

Q: How and when I can get the anticipatory bail in 498a case

My wife has filled a case of dowry against me and she is not living with me from last 3 years and marriage happened 7 years ago. Please help how and when can I get the anticipatory bail.

सबसे पहले ये देखना आवश्य है कि क्या आपके खिलाफ़ कोई एफआईआर दर्ज है ? यदि कोई एफआईआर दर्ज है , अगर आपको लगता है या डर है कि पुलिस आपको गिरफ्तार कर सकती है तो आप उस एफआईआर की कॉपी के साथ अपने अधिवक्ता के माध्यम से सेशन जज के यहां से अग्रिम जमानत ले सकते है । लेकिन अग्रिम जमानत आपको इसी शर्त पर मिलेगी की आप इन्वेस्टिगेशन में सहयोग करेंगे और बिना न्यायालय के आदेश के सीमा से बाहर नहीं जाएंगे ।
