It's matter of delinquent declaration , and plead not guilty ,the case at discharge status shall be revoked ,and after the chief and cross examination of the deliquent boy he shall be aquited.once the witness is eximed, nothing worried

Now, you write a letter to your bank manager and plead about your account holding then report to the concerned police officer against whom this amount is held ,if some one has complaint against you ,meet that person and get a letter written and signed by the person , present it to the bank manager , your a)c shall be clear, money shall be proceed , otherwise your account may be freezed

Q: Charge will be frame while pending of 482 petition

In a criminal case under 34/409 IPC and 66 c,d Of IT act , accused on bail. Accused move discharge application but reject by CjM and it's revision also reject by session . Then accused move to high court lucknow bench under 482 petition to challenge the discharge order including its revision which is still pending only notice issued by high court to responded. The. Does CJM court frame the charge against the accused while the pending of 482 petition

Yes, CJM court shall proceed according to general proceedings as if nothing is applicable even the les pendant in HC, since the inherent power is still not exercised by HC, no such order against the lower court trial proceedings.My suggestion , try to linger the appearance in CJM,court till something from HC ,is in your favour.

Q: Anticeptory Bail Inquiry for 498a

If a girl has filed case under section 498a and NBW has been issued then bail applicable and what is the cost? Also if in charge sheet names of family members are there but it is mention as no evidence then is it necessary to take AB for them as well? Lastly is surety compulsory to take AB?

once NBw has been issued, Court would hardly gives anticipatory bail, rather shall direct to come for regular bail.just take a direction from High 3yhen after move an application for bail in court.498a is mostly bailable , if you try with better advocate ,and surely will get bail

do not bother actually these constructional work comes into the commercial dispute if you think that he may file a suit against you before his initiative you can bring a suit of mediation but you must be sure that you have enough evidence that the case will in your favour.
