Harassment by wife can i file for divorce

Dear sir, I'm married we have completed 2 year & i have one baby girl 10 month old But im very very frustrating with my wife becuse im middle class family & she is belog to high profile family Dear sir, please suggest me and help me +++++ I think meri wife syco h wo har ek baat ka tammasha ghada krna or mere parent se alag rhne ko or unse me baate tak naa kru or mere kisi bhi item ko like that freeze tv khana ko lekar mujhe neecha dikhana ganda ganda bola suicides ki dhamki dena or dahej ka kesh laagne ki dhamki dena me kbhi jaa ni jaa skata uski marjibke bina apne present or bhaio se baat tak ni krna uski iccha se hota h har kaam me ro leta hu bhut stress se gujar rhaa hu abusing with me Me ek tv ka remote hu wo mujhe use kar ri mujhe Dog ki tarah treet karti h bol mat kuch sirf sun plz +++++ mujhe kuch guideline dijiye me kese follow kru taaki mujhe usse easily divorce mil jaaye me

you can file for a divorce case in bangalore(assuming you having been residing at bangalore for last 6 months or bangalore was your matrimonial home) on the grounds that she had filed false cases against you.
No need to wait till the DVC cases and maintenance cases are settled.
However subsequent to you filing a divorce case in bangalore, your wife might approach the supreme court (only supreme court has authority to transfer cases from 1 state to another) and you will also need to contest the transfer petition in supreme court.
