Got married without meeting the girl want to file for divorce

Hi. I am jai belongs to rajput family and a small village . I married 3 years back with a girl from up due to family pressure. I never met her before marrieg. In 3 years of my life, i tolatty talked for maximum 1 hour. Nothing pgysical happened with us. I cant not survive with her and dont want to continue. I want divorce. If something can save my life.plz tell me. She is not my type girl. Inwant seperation.

You have option to file a divorce petition under section 13 -A of HMA while mentioning the fact which you stated here ...After your petition she will file case of 498 a of IPC, D.V act ,125 of crpc ...Your petition prior to him also provide help as a defence in this case ...Show your income less and file the petition as so as possible might prior to him ...It will help you ..

You can validly apply for divorce if you want to get separated from the girl with whom you were forced into marriage. For this purpose you will have to file a divorce petition in the family court of your area. You can call further detail advice

Hello yes u can file divorce.and divorce you can file separate and with mutual consent .and according to hindu marriage act when husband and wife have no physical releation then .they can be divorce in this ground.

Hello.. As you said your wife has not consummated till date, you can make it as one of the ground for divorce u/s 13(1)(a) of HMA act. You can state the incidents and facts in your petition where she has shown her cruel behaviour towards you or your family. Thank you..

Having mutual separation (Divorce by mutual consent) is the legal option best suited to your current situation.

In the circumstances described by you, you are suffering and so must be the girl aswell as the families on both sides. In three years all parties would have understood now that the differences between both of you are now irreconcilable. Have a discussion among both families with a rational approach and file for mutual divorce proceedings.
