Q: Procedure to file mutual divorce without court invovlement

In coming feb 2018 we will complete 2 years of marriage.. my marriage is not registered anywhere we both wants divorce mutually.. what are the procedure we want to setlle this divorce on any stamp.paper without court involvement bcoz we want it asap.. we both are hindu... what are the procedure

You have to adopt Court procedure else that will create problem in future...You have to file a divorce petition under section 13-B of HMA ...This will take time upto 6 months but you both get divorce easily ...

Q: Hindu boy married Muslim girl wants to register the marriage

I 30 year old & belongs to Hindu religion and my spouse belongs to Muslim community. What is the procedure for marriage registration. We got married in 2016. We just came no know that inter religious marriage has to registered under special marriage act (which is only applicable when both parties are unmarried & not living together) Is it true ? Also we are not ready to convert and our name cannot be changed for the purpose of marriage. Please guide us properly

Respected sir....There is no need to change your religion special for marriage there are provision provided in the indian constitution in which you if belongs from different religion you can get married under the provision of special marriage act 1955.....Thanku

Q: Gave money to family friend now not returning the money

Hi Sir I have given money of amount 13lacs to one of my family friend when he is not n need but now he is not returning the amount I have been chasing him from past 6 months but nothing works. Pl help

Respected sir..If you have any of prove that you have given such as huge amount to him you can file recovery suit ,if you have his cheque you can file case of 138 of N.I Act but the question here is what are the prof do you have ..Because Court always work on evidence...Thanku

Q: Husbands family mentally torturing me and my husband, what to do

hi i got married before a year me and my husband are very happy with each other and my husband is only one who is supporting his family financially i am also a working girl and now my inlaws are demanding for my salary which i dont want to give because my husband his giving them every thing he does keep money with him for us or he dont safr=e to our future kids. and sis in law is giving me mental harassment she jealous from me very much because she is not educated and not doing on every day she keeps on pushing my mon in law and father in law and keep blaming for every thing she is the only reason for fights bt still my mom and father in law listen to her and follow her. yesterday even in arguments my huby's uncle slaps him in front of every one which i cant tolerate my husband is very innocent dats y all are taking advantage of this and try to keep him in their hand plz suggest me what could i do he is taking care of whole house but still every one is after aur life n our way of lyf

Respected mam...You just have to convince your husband to avoid Such condition and that can be happen only with afforts of you ...Mam plz avoid any legal procedure that will spoil your life and house just ask him to not bare such things but yes if he is barring there might be resson behind that just trust him and do as per him...Thanku

Respected sir..There is no provision in the indian law and specily in hindu law ..If you want to marry another girl you have to adopt muslim law because only muslim can keep 4wife at a time if you did it in hindu law the marriage will be void..Thanku
