kya aapko apne country aane k liye husband ki permission ki jarurat hogi agar aapke pass aapke documents h to aap wapas aa jaye or apne babay ko bhi le aaye aap kis country me h aapne nhi likha h agar koi pareshani h to aap online help wah ki police se le sakti h

if u have solemnized the marriage under the special marriage the act then seek the custody of child from the concerned family court of the same jurisdiction where u are residing with your husband or where ur marriage has been solemnized...
