Forcing the girl for marriage but she love another person.

my name is raj. I am in relationship with a girl. We both want to marry. But now the girls family is not approving the marriage. Her parents pressure has forcing her to do marriage with another boy. Now the girl is my side she love me too much but she too much afraid of father blackmail and sisters and others torture. but she also tell me that she can't go against her father will. Due to this can I file complaint annonymous against her relatives and stop marriage?

once you are 18 years of age then you cab take your own decision is it a intercaste marriage if the girl is getting pressured report to the police station then the family will understand you must visit the thank regarding this

When the girl has already taken her decision not to marry you and go with her father's will, then why are you forcing her? It is not good for your future. Even if you marry her forcefully today, and tomorrow if the girl comes into her family's love or pressure and file a case against you for marrying her forcefully, then your life will be ruined.. Thereby think about your future and don't get carried away with emotions.

first ,you must solemnize your marriage. There is two ways -1. by court ( court marriage) 2. by any registered temple in court marriage, there is a legal notice send to girl's father, so I don't advise you this way. the best way to do conduct your marriage in any registered temple and fill up marriage registration form( online). after you can file for protection order from high court. with this order , you will get police protection and no one can harm and torture you. you can also file for protection through Live- in - relationship status.

Mr Raj you can't file a complaint in this matter, it's only the girl who can file a complaint against her parents and as you said she's not willing to go against them. court marriage is possible only when you both are ready and adult. contact me for more detailed information for free
