Q: Application U/s 482 crpc pending in High court Lucknow bench
I have filed an application u/s 482 crpc in High court lucknow bench for challenging the dismissal of discharge application by CJM and Its revision by session court . the petition off 482 pending more than a year , only one hearing where court issued notices to state and opp. party and opp. party filed vakalatnama . My adv. file 4 listing application but case not taken up for hearing . Should i asked to about listing through RTI application and reason for not listing ?

nothing to be worried about ,if you have proper proof of chats.. and the girl is 18+ and you haven't done anything wrong.. but be cautious at the same time being a female she can accuse you anytime anywhere of sexual crimes (obviously false) and do keep phone recordings of her mother whenever she tries to threaten you... for more help plz contact me ...

RECENTLY I HAVE FILED FOR DIVORCE AND I AM NOT ASKING FOR ANYTHING EXCEPT SEPARATION, ON THE GROUNDS OF CRUELTY. WHAT IS THE FEES FOR A LAWYER IN GHAZIABAD FOR DIVORCE CASE WHEN WIFE IS NOT ASKING FOR MAINTENANCE OR ALIMONY, HUSBAND IS IN ARMY AND I AM PURSUING PHD AND HOW MUCH TIME IT WILL TAKE FOR COMPLETE SEPARATION. usually around 1 and a half year ,you are just wasting your time such cases.. untill unless you properly register you sufferings like cruelty it will be useless get your case properly drafted and registered and fees varies... but approx it should 65k -70k

RTI me kisi ki personal jaankari apko nahi prapt ho sakti hai education ka kya level hai ye apko personally jaa k pata karna padega backdoor se.
