Q: Maintainance case done by wife

Wife files maintainance case and ask I through her outside home in one dress , in dowry FIR ask I go with my family.She done MA right BA pass, I have degree copy, she is working I have only pictures of that no documents proof. She claim 25L in marriage but this is false. She claim my salary 80k, I have 1 car 2 homes which are on rent. I have nothing my father had 1 house not on rent, I am not earn as that much, she claim 25k maintainance, she run away from my house and file false case.

you should challenge all the cases in the High court.in the dowry case, you can file for quashing of the F.I.R.in the maintenance cases, you should contest and try to reject that maintenance application in the court

first send me a first information report. After that I can suggest you. your question seems to be a joke. You are confessing your crime and want to escape. You should say, you are a murder suspect.Without knowing the first information report and incident, no suggestion can be given to you.

Q: Regarding bail against 319 application

I am fighting 498a case against my in-laws and judge allowed my 319 application all the name are included in my complaint which was cut off by police. Is it possible they all take the bail and will court alert me for the same? Suppose they all taken bail from court so is there is any harm to me.

As soon as your 319 application is accepted by the trial court, your opposite party will challenge this order in the High Court.In such a situation, the opposite party will consider bail as a last resort and will try to get the 319 application stayed by the High Court. So, in addition to monitoring bail application ,you should also ensure that they are not filing this 319 application in the High Court.

आप थाने में जाकर सीधे रिपोर्ट दर्ज कर सकते हैं। अगर पुलिस वाले रिपोर्ट नहीं लिखते हैं तो आप कोर्ट के माध्यम से भी पुलिस रिपोर्ट लिखवा सकते हैं आमतौर पर रेप के मामले पर पुलिस एकदम रिपोर्ट दर्ज कर देती है।
