For send notice to divorce from my wife

I m 10 years old a married person nd I have 2 children. I have no good relationship with my wife since of my marriage and last 2 years she is living on my parents home nd I m doing in other city but there is no single communication or talking between us. nI want to take divorce . CAn I send notice at my own home address in name of my wife.

Matter in which district yes you can be send a divorce petition file in your address and her father address what grounds you could be taken a petition . Because divorce ground it’s must be reasonable file a divorce petition you can contact me my what’s number

yes ap bilkul divorce petition file kar sakte hai apke pas ground hai divorce lene ka kyuki ap baata rahe 2 years se koi communication nahi hai ap divorce file kare saath hi ap ek suit file kare ke apke wife ne apke ghar par jabardasti kabza kar rakha hai isse apko future mai bhut help milegi

Hello... You can file for divorce at district court...where you both last lived or your wife lives....And send the notice at her address where she currently resides for divorce... And there is a law which inclines towards female that case would be dealt at where female resides or she can go through transfer application... You can call or text for further suggestions... it is not necessary for divorce that the person send the legal notice to opposite party(wife) you can directly file the divorce petition in the concerned court. if your wife residing at your home address then you can send legal notice at that address otherwise no
