If your case status suddenly changed to “disposed” without any notice or final hearing, you should immediately file an application in the Thane court seeking certified copies of the order/disposal details. Sometimes cases are dismissed due to non-appearance or procedural reasons. Once you get the copy of the final order, you can file a revision or restoration application if there was any miscarriage of justice or lack of proper summons. You can also approach the concerned police station or your lawyer to check if there were any updates or actions missed from your side. Act quickly to avoid further delay or loss of rights.

Sir, you should firstly check the order, through which the matter came to be disposed of, so as to know the exact reason for disposal of the case and then take necessary steps, including filing a revision application before the sessions court/high court u/s. 397 of The Cr.P.C. 1973.

Well, if the case has already been disposed, then, either might you or your Adv had not been appearing consistently, this is what I think is the case. You need to find out the actual position, then, if you find that the matter has already been disposed off, then, you can file an Appeal if the case or matter has not gone in your favour.
