Filing for divorce without consent of wife

Hi I got married in oct 2021, from the day 1 me and my wife are fighting and this marriage is getting worst day by day. Recently We had a child January this year but now she is living in her mother's hometown in Bihar and doesn't want to live with me. She is not letting me meet the child. I had enough for more than 2 years divorce is the only solution as I cannot compromise everything. I am currently living in Chennai My hometown and permanent address Lucknow Place of marriage - Ghaziabad

as your wife had left her matrimonial home and residing at her parental home and as per your case, you can file the divorce in the court principle judge, Lucknow taking various grounds for the same.
further if you have to take custody or visiting right of your child then you have to file another case of child custody.

As you told that you were married in 2021 from Bihar and currently you live in Chennai but your hometown is LucknowYou had a heated argument with your wife due to which their relationship deteriorated and now she is living at her home and does not even allow you to meet your childSo, if your wife has been gone for more than 2 years and she also fights with you, then you can file a rate petition for divorce on the basis of kurta, this is the only solution

crulty, बिना किसी कारण के आप की पत्नी का आप से अलग होने के लिये आप जिला न्यायलय की फॅमिली कोर्ट मै तलाक का मुकदमा दायर कर सकते है। मुख्य कारण मानसिक और शारीरिक शोषण और पति से अलग होना का कोई स्पष्ट कारण नहीं है

Hi dear good afternoon. I read this question and you can proceed under IPC section. You have to right for divorce but your wife is also interested for divorce. 13b application for processing for divorce at family court Lucknow. Kindly contact me.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if you have problems and both the parties don't want to live together amicably the best is to go for mutual divorce and by that you both can lead your own life but mutually u have to consider about your child to for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
