Q: Regarding maintenance money from husband
I Got married in 2011 .. I m 40 year old housewife and living separately with my 8 year old son since oct 2021 from my husband .. my husband told me if I file divorce he will not give maintenance money ..... And he said that according to law in India he have to pay a minimal ammount that will be insufficient for living ...please guide

Q: Alimony maintenance property right related issues
I am Hindu married woman, due to harassment of my husband, I have made FIR under section 498a against my husband and family. My husband is now not giving any money to me and for my child . I am ready for mutual divorce with alimony but he not agree. He is a government servent and having Flat on his name in Mumbai. Wheather I should file divorce case or not. In a false 498A FIR related to dowry demand & cruelty after marriage against both my father & me, the IO sent a 41A notice on my whatapp for my father, but it had no date and asked for his signature. I am from Hyd, currently working at a private company in Noida. I have paid chit of 20K from Dec 2022 (4Lakh chit @ 20 months). The person should return money in June 24. But he didn't give, instead he gave 2 cheques in July. He is in Hyderabad and Cheques were Bounced at Noida Sector 142, The value of cheques are Rs.442900/-.How can I proceed legally to get my money back including lawyer fee, court fee and bank charges. How much time it will take to resolve the case.Can I file a case in Noida?
