False DVC filed against me and my Family - Muslim

Hi AllFalse dvc has been filled against me and my family in court. No police complaint has been filed so far since the matter is with court. Now the case is in Trail. They dnt have or filled single evidence for this case at court. Affidavit haz been given only on the basis of 100% false statement and words by the petioner. But i dnt knw on what basis they have initiated this case.Case has been filed on Sep 2021. What needs to be done to break this case as soon as possible...? For Each and every hearing i am travelling around 200 kms. This is happening for 8 months. They are demanding 90L as a compensation as per court papers..

it is ascertain from the writing of your words, the dv would be of false one. the quash petition at high court of Madras shall be filled as per the supreme court of India latest orders. the issue is simple and quash petition is possible.

you attend the court regularly then you proof about the false case you and your family is not involved violence against the women. you are going to long distance for this case .maybe you transfer the case inconvenient place. how many numbers to your side in this case. the petitioner will be produced evidence before the honorable court then your council will be crossed the evidence the conclusion will be shortly

when a complaint was received by the protection officer of domestic violence act and then there is killed and if it is found that is used to refer to the court and if it is in the court you should contact the case and you should prove that all the allegation of hours before the court no al-sadr remedy other

You have to deny their false allegations against you and your family with supporting evidences. Making such false claims can also be challenged against them, but without knowing the case in detail, it is not good to predict and guide you legally. A divorce case should be filed in a competent court with it's jurisdiction which must be either in the place of marriage, or the place in which the couples lived together or the place where the petitioner resides; If you find difficult to travel such a distance, you can ask for transferring the case, and its the court's discretion to decide it.
