False 498A (Dowry and DV) and Threatening

nIt was 4yrs of love affair and then marriage happened last year with the consent of both the families. I also helped her get a jobnHer mother had filed DV against her father and they live separately. her mother has acquired money from her father to buy a property in her name.Initially her mother informed they don't have financial means to perform wedding & all money has been spent on the property.We agreed to all their conditionsnWe proposed & organized common location marriage at our hometown (different state) to save expenses. They shared part of the expenses.1 month after Marriage- girl's mother suddenly came and took girl with all bag & baggage.They never responded to call/msgs for 2 monthsnWe filed RCR, Notices were sent they received and not respondednAfter 1 month the girl and her uncle started calling with different allegations each time.After 5 months i received call from WP Stn of the girl's state as she & her family has complained about DV & Dowry.

the first thing is that what you want. means you want to live with her or not. if you want to live with her then you have to file conjugal rights aginst her. and if you didn't want to live with her you have to contest the all above cases like dv act and dowry and you have also file the divorce separately the enjoy your life restly.

Don't need to worry about it.. First of all apply for anticipatory bail so u can freely raise your voice in the PS.. Because as u know the women PS always inclined towards victim they did not listen you until you are free from arrest... First move your anticipatory bail application against complaint and it will help you in future also.

Hello since you had filed petition for RCR in court and still there is no response from wife. Now since your wife filed false cases you can defend the case filed against you for DV & Dowry on merits. Need more facts and details from you to advise futher about your defence strategies and if you are eligible to file divorce at this stage.
