Q: Terms of MOU to prevent parties from withdrawing

Wife and I trying to get a mutual divorce after a series of litigations. The problem is -lack of trust. How & when money is to be paid, what happens if any of the parties withdraw consent after first motion, or wife doesnt withdraw cases or husband doesn't pay up remaining amount after cases are quashed. Query :- Please explain how the MoU agreement can be made a part of 13B application so that the act of withdrawal by any party would mean contempt of court? how can we pen this down in the agreement?

Q: Without divorce , can i live with my partner.

I am a 26 years old unmarried girl and in love with a guy whose divorce is pending in the court from last 2.5-3 years.. it is a contested case and his wife is not ready to give him divorce as they were demanding huge sum of amount.. Now we want to live together as in live in relationship. Does this step will lend him in more trouble legally ? please give us advice.

कोर्ट मैरिज किया था मैंने । बाद में म्यूचुअल डाइवोर्स सहमति बनी । पहली सुनवाई में दोनो पार्टी सामिल हुए । लेकिन दूसरे सुनवाई से पहले ही उस लड़की ने शहर ही छोड़ दिया है। नंबर भी ऑफ जा रहा। शायद वो दूसरे मैं न आए । nमुझे समझ नही आ रहा की अब कैसे उससे तलाक दूं अगर वो नही आई तो ।

now this is the duty of the court to call her by every means you just have to go to the court on next even if the girl is not coming the court will issue notice to her if she will present in the court.

Q: False 498A (Dowry and DV) and Threatening

nIt was 4yrs of love affair and then marriage happened last year with the consent of both the families. I also helped her get a jobnHer mother had filed DV against her father and they live separately. her mother has acquired money from her father to buy a property in her name.Initially her mother informed they don't have financial means to perform wedding & all money has been spent on the property.We agreed to all their conditionsnWe proposed & organized common location marriage at our hometown (different state) to save expenses. They shared part of the expenses.1 month after Marriage- girl's mother suddenly came and took girl with all bag & baggage.They never responded to call/msgs for 2 monthsnWe filed RCR, Notices were sent they received and not respondednAfter 1 month the girl and her uncle started calling with different allegations each time.After 5 months i received call from WP Stn of the girl's state as she & her family has complained about DV & Dowry.
