Dowry Demand / Domestic Violence / Abuse

---Please advise us for the below. My brother and father have been facing 498A case from brothers wife, which we do not admit. We applied for quash at High court, and now high court has quashed against my father. My brother strongly believes allegations against him can also be quashed and want to go for appeal at supreme court. For this, what would be lawyers fees in complete. Because, based on this only we could plan to go for it. Thanks

Hello means prosecution ke witness ko 9-12-2021 ko bulaya jai evidence/gwahi ke liye. 9-12-2021 ko evidence hoga complainant side ka. pws means prosecution witnesses. today no witness of prosecution/complaint side came to court hence pws will be summoned for evidence on next date of hearing.

Quashing can be done via section 482 CrPC where Hon’ble HC has power to do the same basis on what type of quashing do u seek:- 1. On basis of compromise ? 2. On basis of merits ..plz b in touch to understand the facts

hello client aa i can see ur issues are really a big concern for your brother future life i agree aa tye allegation against your father has ben quaahed by the high court in this manner proballity is there tht supreme court may get it quahed the whole case . but for tht i nees your FIR copy as well aa high court order cooy of quashing of your fathers name so we can tell futhwr course of action requires.
