What are the sections to be applied if a husband and his family beats his wife and tried to murder her?

U can file a complaint under section 498a against ur husband and in laws to nearest police station, they will refer it women cell, do ur mlc to any hospital, whenever ur husband beats u up and u can go for 125 crpc for maintaince and section 12 for separation under Indian divorce act,

Hello client hey.
I have read Ur query .as you know ant to know about sections tht will apply in the matter. As u have. Defined here In Ur query is of domestic voilance sections will apply as well as for attempt to murder. Of the spouce by husband or by in-laws or either of them or all.together then case will be of henious crime matter under IPC. Under which they can get life imprisonment also as per law .

Hi first of all u can file a police complaint and all or a fir in the station where u can write everything down then u can Submit the report and the sections which will be done be of Hindu marriage act protection of women’ from domestic volience act and Indian penal code of 307 and 304 then a case will be filed and all in the court
