Sir I am love with someone else I married forcefully my husband is ready to give me divorce I got married 15 days ago I want divorce so I can proceed my life with my best one my husband also not hv issue so what is the legal procedure for this.
Dear Client,
If both the parties to the marriage are agreed for mutual divorce then in condition as such, a mutual divorce decree is to be filed before the Family Court as a first motion and thereafter a second motion would be there. The time specified is for the restitution of marriage which is a legal bar.

though it is not permissible to give divorce with in first year of marriage but in some exceptional circumstances divorce can be given even under the first year of marriage in your case it's very much possible if you and your husband both are willing then grounds can be well prepared for the divorce in first year of marriage.

first of all you have to opt divorce proceeding by which your first marriage come to an end then you can marry to another one with your choice and comfort. if you are hindu and lawfully married with someone then without taking divorce you cannot marry.

on the above mentioned query please note down that if the marriage is executed forcefully with any of the spouse then the marriage is null and void in terms of law. in your matter please file immediately a plaint for mutual consent divorce under section. 13 B in Hindu marriage act.
