Q: Defamation, Mental Torture and Provocation for committing suicide
Madam/Sir! Some people are spreading a rumor about me that I grabbed a girl child with wrong intention, since last 4 months. They extend this rumor to each and every one, with whom they see me talking or meeting. These people, who are brainwashed by the rumor-campaighners, pass some comments indirectly indicating the rumor, while talking to me. I have some video recordings. When I asked one rumor-spreader, he accepted that he spread that rumor because he had heard so from someone else. I have the audio recording of this argument.This they are defaming, mentally torturing and provoking to commit suicide. Now, I want to ask you what legal steps I can take against these people. Does their offense amount to a crime under IPC for which I can file FIR? Can I file a criminal defamation case? Please help me

yes you can file the complaint of defamation as well as you can proof their wrong intention in court what's their purpose of doing so and lodge complaint of extortion by putting you in fear of wrong charges as well as in 506 and 507 of ipc can also be added.
Q: Delay in handing over of flat possession
I purchase of a flat Yamuna Expressway.As per the said agreement it should be handed over till (15th August 2015 extended 6 months). But still not handed over yet. Since i have already paid 95% of the agreed flat purchased amount. Still they are saying that will take 6 months more to complete the flat and handover till June'2022.However I been went to the side location recently last two months back and the side location conditions is not good , as per the discussed with Labour and Contractor and they stated that builder is not paying their amount hence building construction work has stop last 1yr.This has caused severe mental anxiety to me and family. I am unnecessarily paying rent from stay at another flat and also paying interest on the home loan taken from the bank, which is causing additional financial stress for me.Please give me a valid suggestion, that what should i do on this issue.

you may aproach to Rera or NCLT , infect if you have group of buyer's NCLT is much better option to aproach then Rera. both are the places where you can get relife at fast pace. if you have triparty agreement then it would be an additional advantage will be help full in waiving off your loan burden.

A person of my village has been taken all money through bank account number gradually he was avering me and not coming for land registery but one day finally he told that I am coming get ready paper work for registery of land and I had stamp paper for 50000rs and all documentation done but he didn't came and now he is not attending my calls and he ran away. I have allready sent notice to him and want take action according to criminal crospirancy plss help me out

you can file the matter under 406 407 and 420of ipc . in fast track court to dispose the matter fastest. you can file it through 156(3) or as a complaint matter directly in court. but keep this in fasttrack.
Q: Not recieved wedding video by photographer
Respected all,I am not received wedding video from photographer from last 4.5 years& I have done all the payment but he did not provide any receipt of this. all the communication was done on call & he's always give a date from last 4.5 years. For proof:- I have one photo of his in which he hold a video camera & make a video in my wedding & also I have call recording in which he give a date as usual. I have also police complaints against him but response is getting.Can i get my video legally?

you can file the case in consumer court as well as criminal case under section 406 and 407 of IPC. and can get video back from him if he is having that else you can get compensation and put him behind the bars.

HelloI got married in April 2017. Since then my wife is misbehaving with me and my parents on one issue or the other. Still it feels that my relationship can come to end any time as indicated by her behavior. I am a bank employee and want to purchase a house on loan. Pl advice in case of separation whether she can ask a share from that property too or may be ordered for the same.

in the case of separation she can't claim on your property. however she can ask for the maintenance for her. if she is house wife or if she is working then depends on her income which should be sufficient in the eye of law. and can seek permission to live in same house as long as divorce is not finalised but can't claim on your property.
