Divorce Petition Filed With False Accusations.

Meraye husband naye mujaye four years saye domestic violence keya. Aur mayenaye kabhi koi case file nahi keya. Abhi mayre husband naye divorce file keya hai with false alligation that I have physically and mentally have abused him and his mother and his non biological daughter fr his first marriage. He has file case on me petition of divorce and injuction 39 rule 1 & 2. What does this mean and the false accusations of threatening him and his mother and doing domestic violence is all false. What should I be doing on this. Please help.
You have to file appropriate reply to his Petition in concerned court as to how his allegations are false and frivilous. You can also narrate your version of things about how he tortured you and treated you in the said reply.

what I had understood till now as per your query your husband has file false divorce petition against you . filing a divorce petition is easy very difficult to prove in that you have completely right to oppose or challenge petition.. I will suggest in your case you should go for case of domestic violence against him and after sometime husband fails to prove the charges of abuse ment as he mentioned in divorce petition you can file defamation case right now right now you should go for domestic violence case to seek maintenance and shelter for you thanks a lot
