Husband is Delaying in case of maintenance

Hi, My question is husband is Delaying the maintenance case by giving medical or not coming to court.. I want to ask how long he can do this. He is not paying anything since 1 yr of case filed. He also filed a case of divorce which is 1.5 yrs old so what can be done.

It all depends on your advocate , maintenance of 125 crpc and dv act both have different procedure, you have to proactively proceed your case. Now should file a case in High court and get direction for speedy disposal of the case
