How could your wife is impotent when you have a child? Epilepsy is not incurable and it is not a valid ground for divorce. If you have any problem in your family first consult a marrage counsellor. If the counselling fails and quarrel persists seek legal remedy. Before going for lawyers try to understand your problem clearly. If you have a child your wife is not impotent.

Do you have medical proof that your wife is suffering from epilepsy that is incurable. How do you say that she is impotent? If you can prove what you are saying then you can get a divorce. You have to file a petition for divorce with the proof and then the Court will grant you divorce after you can prove it medically. You can contact me for a detailed discussion so that I can give a clear and proper guidance.

First of all your query is unclear. You claim having one child and wife is impotent! It's not medical factor alone a ground to divorce. Other factors has to be considered to bring the Matter within divorce proceedings.
