dear client as per your query I can only suggest that I'm not able to understand your short abbreviation PR but rest can you file divorce on ground for harassment but if you want to get the citizenship it would be better go for mutual divorce if you don't want to live together for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
As you told that you were married to your husband as per Hindu customs in India and now you live outside India and want to divorce your husband on physical and mental grounds and you want this case to be filed where you Presently she is living there and filed for divorce from her husband butThis is not possible because your marriage took place in India and only the Indian court has the jurisdiction to divorce you. The foreign court has no right to dissolve your marriage
