Divorce in agreement of couple

I am married from past 4 years. I am working and my husband is businessman . But we both have very regular fights. Main issue is my husband want to earn lot of money. Because of which he does not gives time to me and forcing me to increase our family and I don't want to as there is no understanding between us. We are only living together for name sake.
For better experiences in my own life I want to get released from this name sake relationship.
Please let me know what is the procedure to file a divorce case in this scenario.
I don't want any alumini or defame against my husband. A simple divorce so that we can move on in our lives as per our own freedom and wish

If your husband is ready to give you divorce. Then you can file a divorce petition in family court from mutual consent. and if your husband not ready for divorce , in this condition you have to prove in court why you want divorce .

There are only two ways to file divorce the first would be filing a mutual divorce petition before the family court where both the parties to the suit will give there mutual consent for divorce and the other would be by contesting the divorce wherein either of the spouse contest for divorce.
