In case of the illegal physical relation continued by your husband with other women you can file for divorce !
Yes the money which you invested in the marriage ceremony will also be redeemed back and as according to the salary of husband you will get the proper maintenance for your daughter and you both, but for such alimony, to receive proper maintenance and a proper divorce filing you need to contact good lawyer for making purposeful FIR with cause and helpful conduct of law so that divorce maintenance can be seeked and achieved properly!
As in case you have told about your details I would rather prefer that you should spend some time with your husband try to bring your husband on Path so that easy and happy life should move on because in the procedure of filing a divorce and after getting it ,life gets harder and tougher , so I would rather advise that you should try once , to not to get divorced and if possible settle properly because this remedy is the last remedy between the relation of husband and wife and it actually is a painful path to move on and yeah i assure you that if you are left with no other option then you will get a very good help so that uh can have a better future!

यदि आपके पास अपने पति के विरुद्ध वो सब प्रमाण हैं जोकि आप बता रही हैं, तो आप संबंधित परिवार न्यायालय में क्रूरता के आधार पर तलाक हेतु याचिका प्रस्तुत कर सकतीं हैं और आपके द्वारा लगाये गये आरोप सिद्ध होने पर आप तलाक की डिक्री प्राप्त कर सकती हैं, किन्तु यदि आप ऐसा सिद्ध करने में असफल रहीं तो आपकी याचिका खारिज हो जायेगी और इसके उपरांत आपके पति के पास यह मौका होगा कि वह आपसे क्रूरता के आधार पर ले ले, जिसे संभावना है कि न्यायालय स्वीकार कर लेगा क्योंकि आपने जो आरोप अपने पति पर लगाये थे वे आप सिद्ध करने में असफल रहीं थीं । अतः आप सोच समझकर निर्णय लीजियेगा।

Yes you may raise as many grounds as applicable but the same completely depends upon the evidences that you may have. Further alimony will never be a fixed sum of money calculated on the basis of sum formula, but it depends on various reasons and usually it is fixed as 20% of the husband's income.
