Send him domestic violence notice through your lawyer and warn him to improve his behavior if you want to give hi a chance to improve your relations. If his attitude persists leave your matrimonial house and file proceedings against him.

Dear Querist, as per your query you have mentioned that your matrimonial relationship is not compatible, since your husband is abusive and harassing for dowry, you take protection of law for the same, so that in future he won't do this again and get a life time lesson too. For more details please call me on my Number.

Ma'm, there are many options available for you. Ma'm, as your husband is very abusive, harassing you for dowry you can file domestic violence against him. You can even seek for divorce as you can't tolerate him anymore and in mean time you can file for maintenance and other relief.
